Our story
I've spent nearly two decades working in the military, construction, and restaurants — three worlds that don't have much patience for wasted time. And in every one of them, I saw the same thing: the work you're actually good at, the thing that matters, kept getting buried under scheduling, paperwork, invoicing, and a dozen little tasks that each felt too small to bother fixing.
I watched it happen for years — running my own business, and working closely inside others. There wasn't some big dramatic breaking point. It was just the slow, quiet creep of busywork, until one day running the business and actually doing the business weren't the same thing anymore.
That's the whole reason Coast Digital Solutions exists. I'm not here to hand you generic software or make you learn some clunky new system. I sit down, look at how your business actually runs day to day, and figure out exactly where your time is going. Then I build the specific tools that get it back — so you can spend your time on the work that matters, not the work that just happens to fill your day.

Small businesses and startups spend an outsized share of their week on admin work that software should be handling. We started this company to close that gap — not with off-the-shelf tools that require you to change how you work, but with tools designed around how your team already works.
How we work
We don't lead with buzzwords. We start by listening — mapping the workflow, finding where time actually goes — and only then do we design something. Every tool we build is scoped to a specific bottleneck we've already confirmed is real.
Who we work with
We work best with small businesses and startups who are growing fast enough that admin work has started to outpace their systems, but aren't ready (or willing) to hire a full internal ops team to fix it.
